HOW TO APPLY

Take a few long, slow deep belly breaths and set an affirmation.
Massage oil onto clean, slightly damp skin using long, sweeping strokes on limbs and short circular strokes on joints.
Start with legs and massage upwards over entire body.
Finish with hands at heart centre.
Take a moment to reconnect with yourself and appreciate your body.
Repeat your affirmation to yourself.
