Shipping policy

All orders are processed during times in which we are open and running a retreat at Aro Ha.

If your order is received off retreat times, we will pack and ship your order on the second or third day of the next retreat. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have provided the correct contact details and paid for tracking you will receive tracking information from us or our courier once the order has shipped. Shipping times seen on the shipping page are for shipping only and do not reflect the processing times needed. Please let us know if you need something more urgent and we can expedite your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

National Rate: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are the same anywhere in NZ, but there is an extra expense for rural delivery.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 10kms from Queenstown, NZ. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made within a week of the order being received. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We only offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, The UK, The United States of America.  

If you are in Europe but not within the UK, please contact us for shipping rates at shop@aro-ha.com

International shipping rates and delivery times will vary greatly depending on the destination.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aro Ha Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us or our courier which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@aro-ha.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes as the parcels need to be signed for upon delivery

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@aro-ha.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you need to exchange an item we can give you credit on your account to use for another purchase. Any amount left after exchange will be held as store credit only. If this is unsatisfactory for you, please contact us and we will be happy to review our policy on a case-by-case basis.
